All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if an error affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch and offer cancellation with a full refund.
Your order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation message. Until then, items in your bag are not reserved. In rare cases we may need to cancel an order — for example, if a product is unavailable — and we will always refund you in full and explain why.
We describe every fragrance as accurately as possible, including full note pyramids. Because scent perception is subjective and varies with skin chemistry, we recommend trying a discovery set or visiting one of our boutiques to test on your own skin before committing to a full bottle.
We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer and cards via secure checkout. COD orders may require phone confirmation before dispatch. If a payment fails or is flagged as suspicious, we may hold the order and contact you to resolve it before proceeding.
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Delivery timelines, shipping fees and the Rs. 5,000 complimentary-shipping threshold are detailed in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates; delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control do not make us liable beyond re-shipment or refund.
Unopened products may be returned within 15 days under our Returns & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms. Because fragrance is personal and bottles are sealed for hygiene, opened bottles cannot be returned unless faulty — please test via a discovery set or an in-store trial before opening.

Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for allergic reactions; please review the listed ingredients and patch-test if you have sensitive skin.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion via aureonperfumes1@gmail.com.
