Once your return is received and inspected (usually 2–3 working days), refunds are issued to your original payment method. Cash-on-delivery refunds are sent via bank transfer or mobile wallet within 3–5 working days.
If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, photograph it within 48 hours of delivery and contact us — we will dispatch a replacement immediately at our expense, no return needed.
Opened or partially used bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except in the case of damage or manufacturing faults. Discovery sets and gift cards are final sale.
